The Glow Letter Co hires easy to set up, glowing event letters that will light up your event and be a favourite focal point of your attendees. Choose the letters or numbers in any colour to add atmosphere and match the style of your event. We hire any combination of A-Z letters, 0-9 numbers and special characters. Our letters can glow in any colour to create a unique look for your event: we love shades of crisp white, retro blue, trendy violet, and bold pink. Speak to us today to find your style!

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We include free delivery within 1 hour drive of the Brisbane and Sydney CBDs. Shipping and self setup is also possible - if your event is outside of these areas please contact us for further information. We have setup teams located in Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra and Hobart.
WHAT DO I DO WITH THE LETTERS AFTER MY EVENT?
If you are located within 1 hour drive of Brisbane or Sydney CBD, we provide free post-event collection of the letters. If you are outside of these areas please contact us as alternative shipping options are available.
HOW LONG DO THE LETTERS TAKE TO SETUP?
With easy access to your venue and a power outlet, glow letter lights can be setup within 30 minutes. Please allow more time for difficult locations, long words, long power runs or if colour matching is required.
CAN I USE THE LETTERS OUTDOORS?
Sure! Glow Letters make a great addition to any event, indoors our outdoors as long as you have access to a power outlet. However, please see our points below regarding rain.
WHAT IF IT RAINS?
Glow Letters don't like the rain and power should be disconnected if it's raining. For safety the Glow Letters operate at low voltage and the power supply is enclosed in a weather sealed box.
DO I NEED TO PROVIDE POWER?
Yes. If power isn't available, contact us and we can talk to you about other options including generators and batteries to get your letters glowing!
HOW MUCH POWER DO THE LETTERS NEED?
Each Glow Letter uses a small amount of power thanks to the latest LED technology. Glow Letters are happily powered by a regular outlet, alongside other audio and lighting equipment. For a calculation particular to your letter combination please contact us and we can quickly calculate it for you.
WHAT LETTERS ARE AVAILABLE?
We can provide any combination of letters from A-Z, numbers from 0-9 along with ♡, ⇧, &, @ and #. We can also provide customised symbols or logos: please contact us to discuss pricing for custom letters.
ARE YOU INSURED?
We would hate something to happen but just in case we have a $20 million PP&L insurance policy. We are committed to safely delivering your event and are familiar working with multiple venues and facilitators to perform our safety work method plans.
